“I am thrilled to announce my return to the culinary scene with the opening of “Papaya Kitchen Dallas” a new TOGO-only restaurant nestled at 5200 Lemmon Ave in the Highland Parks/Lemmon area. As many of you may recall, I was the proud owner of the esteemed Green Papaya in the Oaklawn area for two decades, from 1999 to 2019.

For those who frequented my previous establishment, your loyal support and patronage were the bedrock of its success. The memories we created together and the culinary journey we embarked upon during those years were truly special. Now, with a renewed passion and commitment to excellence, I am eager to serve you once again. 

“Papaya Kitchen Dallas” has been conceived with the sole purpose of bringing back the flavors and experiences that many have missed since my departure in 2019. This TOGO-only concept will feature a carefully curated menu, highlighting the 15 best items from the Green Papaya era, ensuring a nostalgic yet fresh dining experience. 

Having observed the culinary landscape in the Oaklan / Highland Park and Downtown Dallas areas over the past four years, it became apparent that there was a void – a yearning for the exceptional quality and taste that defined Green Papaya Foods. “Papaya Kitchen Dallas” seeks to fill that void with a focus on Vietnamese cuisine, meticulously prepared to tantalize your taste buds.
